Snowball was our rabbit friend
she had this mate called Lenny
together they munched all the plants
and carrots they ate many
she used to dance around a bit
run sideways through the air
she’d make you laugh until you cried
she’d lighten all your cares
when she chased our little Lenny
to kiss her little chum
or she’d sidle up beside him
to clean his little bum
they roamed the whole back garden
she chased out all the cats
and Lenny knew he had a friend
who’d always have his back
now we mind our little Lenny
cos Snowball’s in the clouds
but she’ll live in all our hearts
